What to Make of TabTrade - A New CFD Broker in 2026

Tab Trade — The Short Version

Tab Trade went live in March 2026. Trading platform based in Saint Lucia, under Saint Lucia's FSRA. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, an well-known broker.

His background matters. It suggests the person running this knows how a proper broker operates. Does not guarantee anything. It is more reassuring than a founder with no industry background.

The broker opened with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same facilities banks and hedge funds use. Usually a new brokerage leads with marketing and bonuses. These guys did the opposite. Not the typical playbook.

What you can trade: FX, stock indices, metals, commodities, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. 1,000+. For something that launched in March 2026, that coverage is not narrow.

What You Trade On

They offer: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and a WebTrader. Two major platforms from a single account. Many only give you one or the other. Getting both matters. Use whichever you prefer.

MT5 is what most people know. Complete charts, EAs, massive community. If you know a MetaQuotes platform previously, it is familiar territory.

cTrader by Spotware is the alternative. Cleaner order book. Faster charting. Native automated trading. Plenty of traders like it better than MT5 after comparing.

Direct FIX connectivity is offered for automated strategies but needs the VIP account ($25,000 to open). TradingView is reportedly coming. That would be a good addition when it arrives.

Costs

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. 1.0 pip spreads. Commission-free. Straightforward. Zero deposit requirement. Works for anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips average. Commission of $3.50 per side. Total cost: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the actual interbank spread is often below 0.2 pips. So your actual cost per trade can sit below 0.5 pips. That is hard to beat for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most brokers that offer pricing like this require a minimum deposit. TabTrade requires zero deposit.

VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, faster fills, negotiated fees. Not something most retail traders. Do not worry about it unless you trade institutionally.

Infrastructure

The execution is where Tab Trade actually does something different. Equinix servers in London. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. That is not marketing fluff. Most retail brokers quote a much wider range.

Does it matter? If you trade small timeframes, absolutely. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is the difference between. If you hold positions longer, you will not notice. What matters is the infrastructure is there. That signals what kind of broker this is.

Pair that infrastructure with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and what you get holds up. Hardly anyone at this price point offer execution like this.

Safety

Here is the thing you need to be straight about. TabTrade is regulated by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No CySEC. No fund protection scheme. If that is a problem for you, this broker is not for you. Lots of FCA-regulated options out there.

That said. The person running it spent years at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure is expensive. Scam brokers do not pay for Equinix connectivity. None of this make it safe. But factor into your decision.

What you are accepting: you trade regulatory safety. For that: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether that is worth it comes down to your priorities.

Deposit Bonus

TabTrade has a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Usual welcome offer. You put money in, they top up your balance. The normal fine print: minimum lots traded before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Check the terms before funding.

The complete breakdown, covering regulation, withdrawals, pricing, and here the website bonus read more terms, is at tradetheday.com.
