Tab Trade — The Short Version
TabTrade.com launched in March 2026. Online broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, regulated by Saint Lucia's FSRA. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker.
The BlackBull connection is relevant. It says the leadership has actually done this before. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. But more reassuring than a random name you cannot trace.
The broker opened with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same infrastructure institutional desks use. The typical new launch focuses on ads and sign-up promos. These guys led with infrastructure. Not the typical playbook.
Market coverage: FX, stock indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, equities, crypto, ETFs. Over 1,000 instruments. For a platform that launched in March 2026, that range is broad.
The Software
Available: MT5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Both MT5 and cTrader from a single account. Many pick one platform. Having both is useful. You are not locked into one.
MetaTrader 5 is what most people know. Full charting, EAs, massive community. If you have traded on MetaTrader previously, it is familiar territory.
cTrader by Spotware is the more modern one. Better DOM. Smoother chart interaction. cBot support. Many people like it better than MT5 after using both.
Direct FIX connectivity is offered for algo traders but needs the VIP tier ($25,000 to open). TradingView charting is apparently on the roadmap. That will make the platform set when it arrives.
What You Pay
Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. Zero commission. Simple. Zero deposit requirement. Suits beginners.
Edge. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On EUR/USD, the actual interbank spread is frequently under 0.2 pips. Meaning your actual cost per trade sometimes sits under half a pip. That is hard to beat for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that offer pricing like this ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. TabTrade has no minimum.
VIP account. $25k to open. FIX connectivity, execution under 20ms, custom pricing. Not something most retail traders. Skip it unless you move real size.
How Fast Are the Fills
The execution is the area where this broker stands apart. Equinix LD4/LD5. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. Those are not marketing fluff. The average platform run hundreds of milliseconds.
Should you care? If you trade small timeframes, it does. The difference between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you hold positions longer, you will not notice. But the fact that the infrastructure is there. That signals they are not cutting corners on the tech.
Pair that execution speed with the Edge account pricing and the overall offering makes sense. Few brokers in this bracket have infrastructure at this level.
Regulation
This is the thing you need to be straight about. The broker is regulated by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is tier-3. No FCA. No fund protection scheme. If the lack of tier-1 regulation is a dealbreaker, this broker is not for you. There are ASIC-licensed brokers out there.
But. The person running it came from BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The server placement costs real money. Fly-by-night platforms do not invest in proper execution infrastructure. None of this make it safe. It should factor into your assessment.
What you are accepting: you give up tier-1 protection. For that: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether this deal is worth it depends on you.
Deposit Bonus
Tab Trade has bonus funds of up to $2,000. Standard welcome offer. You fund your account, the broker add bonus funds. Standard terms apply: trading volume requirements before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Review the fine print before funding.
